About Me

A lifetime entrepreneur Marlene made the jump into real estate in 2017. As a previous small business owner she brings both her work ethic and her contacts with her to her real estate business. Working with Walter and Associates is a full time job for Marlene and her goal is client success through accessibility, responsiveness and hard work. Currently an empty nester she is a parent of both Jenks and Holland Hall graduates. She is a member of the New Balance Tulsa Racing Team, Tulsa Area Triathletes, serves on the Maple Ridge Neighborhood Board and is a volunteer for Bike Club at Council Oak School. Marlene has also enjoyed serving the Tulsa community through board member participation for the Alzheimer Assoc., ALS, CASA and Oklahoman’s for Equality.
